Living in the Drakensberg gives me possibly one of the best 'backyards' to capture some incredible, dramatic and unique landscape photos. The winter months provide massive contrasts as the normally lush agricultural landscape is tested with freezing cold temperatures, the annual firebreak season and the looming possibility of snow.
The Giants Castle and Kamberg area provide me with a little piece of heaven on earth, hopefully my photos will show you exactly what I mean by the this. This series of photos is of the Berg with a dramatic cloud background, complimented by the sunset.
